Purna in Sanskrit, means complete.
We created Purna Yoga out of deep call to share yoga in its complete essence; with a focus on healing at the physical, mental-emotional and spiritual levels. We see yoga as a holistic approach to life and strive to incorporate this into our teachings. We believe that through the practice of Purna Yoga, we can come into contact with our true and complete self.
We are offering in person and online yoga courses, which we designed with a lot of dedication, experience and heart. Through all of our offerings, we want to guide you towards conscious, fulfilling and highest quality way of living.
Thank you for being here!
With love,
Rohil & Ewelina
The Purna Yoga Tree is an expression of our vision.
We have 3 main roots, which are our foundations: values (Yamas), right habits (Niyamas) & intention (Sankalpa). Our roots are like supporting pillars which we believe are essential to practicing yoga in its complete form. On the one hand we incorporate foundational values, which enables us to live in harmonious coexistence with our environment and society. On the other hand we develop foundational habits which are our practical tools guiding us through the ups and downs of life. Our values and habits are going hand to hand with a strong intention of purifying the self, expanding and becoming a better human being.
From strong roots, emerges a strong trunk, which symbolises Abhyasa – the practice. This includes implementing practices such as yoga, ayurveda & self-growth tools into our daily life.
This in turn feeds the branches, leaves and fruits of our tree, which symbolise inner wisdom (Prajna). Inner wisdom cannot be learnt from any external sources, but is developed within. This wisdom is born out of our self-practice and based on our own, unique experience.
Finally, the circle around the tree represents giving back to humanity and nature through Metta – loving kindness. We believe that the ultimate goal of our practice should be to serve others and make the world a better place. We also believe that Metta is a natural outcome of the wholehearted practice of Purna Yoga!
We aspire to practice yoga in all aspects and to make it accessible to everyone who wish to become a better version of themselves – no matter age, fitness level and background.
In traditional Mysore Style practitioners of all levels are met as individuals. Each student practices at their own pace while receiving personalised support from the teachers. This approach makes you to seriously develop your self practice.
Yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, ayurveda, personal-development, healing food & environment: everything to help you significantly improve your quality of living. We focus on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing to invest in you holistically.
Being in the middle of nature helps us to rejuvenate and heal. Out of deep gratitude, we take care of the environment by minimising & recycling our waste, practicing minimalism, and choosing quality and ethical products.
We dedicate time to look into our own truth. What kind of life do I want to create for myself, and how? The beautiful thing is that all Purna Yogis are connected by vision of becoming a better human being.
